Making calls
SendHub provides you a number to make calls to any number within the US territories and Canada. In addition, SendHub to SendHub calls are free! Your SendHub number can also accept voicemail messages.
You can make both web and cell calls. By default, your calls should be set to web calls. To change this option, simply:
- Press the box marked either “Web” or “Cell” to the left of the green call button.
- Toggle the option in the dialog box
- Press “Ok”
Web calls mean:
You will receive and make calls in the app over data or WiFi.
Cell calls mean:
Calls will be forwarded to your cell and calls made in the app will start by calling your cell, then connecting your call. Calls will still appear to come from your SendHub number but it will use your cell and SendHub minutes.
Call Options
During a call you have several options such as:

Accessing the keypad

Muting the call

Putting the call on speaker

Transferring the call
These are all located in the bottom portion of your screen.
Receiving calls
When you receive a call you have the option to either accept the call or ignore the call. To accept the call, press the green “Answer” button. To ignore the call, press the red “Ignore” button.
Transferring calls
To transfer a call to another contact, do the following during a call:
- Press the call transfer icon
- Select the contact you would like to transfer the call to
- Press the “Transfer Call” button
