Sometimes, we forget things. If you've forgotten your username or password click "Forgot Username or Password?" from the login page.
Password Reset
You'll be asked for your Username, and when entered and clicking "Reset", you'll receive an email or text with a reset code.
The email will say something like this:
Hello, You requested a password reset on your SendHub account. If you do not wish to reset your password, please disregard this email. Your SendHub password reset code is: XXXXXX |
The text will say something like this:
Your SendHub password reset code is XXXXXX |
Enter this 6 digit code verification code on the 'Enter Code' screen and click 'Reset.'
Once you've clicked "Reset" you'll be prompted to create a new password for your account. Make sure that your password is secure, and that it has a minimum of 8 characters.
Now that you've saved your new password, you can use your Username and the newly created Password to login!
Another helpful way to have your password reset is to have the admin of your SendHub enterprise reset it for you (this is only available if there are multiple SendHub lines within your account, and you are not the admin).
To do that, they’ll need to go to their SendHub account on the web > Manage Users > Select your line > Edit User > Change Password.
Username Retrieval
