In the event you are experiencing difficulties we have put this list together with some
workarounds. Take a look:
- After downloading the app
Wait 30 seconds to place your first call in the new SendHub app.
- Cannot place calls using VoIP
Log out and log back in. Terminating the app will also reset the registration. To terminate, double click on your "Home" button and swipe up on the SendHub app. Reopen the app. If the problem persists jump on chat and we will help.
- Disabling all calls will still allow outbound calls
If "Disable all calls" is selected you will still be able to place calls from the app.
- Closing the app will prevent you from getting calls
SendHub has always had a service running in the background to wait for incoming calls, we have now moved this service to the foreground, which means it will run with fewer interruptions and you will have the notification so you always know you're able to receive calls.
- Disabling VoIP calls affects inbound calls
Using Cell for your call settings will send incoming calls straight to voicemail.
- Logging out of SendHub (web, Android app, iOS app)
When logging out of all SendHub clients your calls will go straight to voicemail.
