Getting Support
Find and press the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. From their, press the "Help" button.
The settings section includes the support information. Here you can:
- Chat with support (this option is available for select users)
- Email support
- Report a Bug
- Check your SendHub app version
- Check Legal information (Terms of Use and Privacy)
If you are having issues you can use the “Report a Bug” feature which will send log information from your phone. To do so:

Press the “Report a Bug” field

Enter a description of the issue you are experiencing

Press the “Send” button and your message and logs will be sent
