Finding Settings
Information about your account and your settings can be accessed from the “More” tab.
The settings section lets you manage various settings, and log out of the application.
Logout
To logout of the app:

Access settings
-
Press the "Logout" field on the top right

Account
In Account Settings you can edit account information.
To change your account picture:
-
Press the image
-
Select an image either from your albums or by taking a picture
To change the name associated with your account:
-
Press the “Full Name” field
-
Enter the new name for your account
-
Press “Done”
To reset your password:
-
Press the “Reset Password” field
-
Input the reset code sent to your cell phone number
-
Enter your new password
-
Press the green “Save New Password” button
Messaging
In message settings you can change various settings related to messages.
To add a signature to your messages:
-
Press the “Signature” field
-
Enter your signature
-
Press the “Back” button on the top left (your signature will automatically be saved)
To disable incoming messages:
-
Press the “Incoming Messages” field
-
Set the toggle in the “Incoming Messages” field to the left (white)

Alternatively, to enable incoming messages set the toggle to the right (green)
To enable auto response:
-
Press the “Incoming Messages” field
-
Press the “Auto Response” field
-
Enter your auto response
-
Press the “Back” button on the top left (your response will automatically be saved)
Note: The auto response message will only be sent once per day, not every time a message is sent from the sender
To forward incoming messages to other cell phone number:

Press the “Forward Messages” field
-
Set the toggle in the “Forward Incoming Messages” field to the right (green)

You can select an existing phone number to have your messages forwarded
To send messages via Short Code
To enable sending message via the Shared Short Code you will need to log into the web app to change that setting. To change the setting:
- Click on the cog wheel and chose "My Settings"
- Under the "Message Settings" section toggle "Send all messages via Shortcode"
Note: You will need to add "Text STOP to end" at the end of all your message for them to be delivered.
To hide link in bulk messages:
Messages that are sent to 25 or more contacts will contain a more link. In order to change that setting you will need to log into the web app.
- Click on the cog wheel and chose "My Settings"
- Under the "Message Settings" section toggle "Hide Link in Bulk Messages"

Calling
In calling settings you can change various settings related to calling.
To disable calls:

Set the toggle in the “Disable Incoming Calls” field to the right

Alternatively, to enable, toggle it to the left
To enable web calls (VoIP):

Press the “Outgoing Calls” field
-
Set the toggle to the right to enable web calls (green)
-
Set the toggle to the left to disable web calls (white)
Note: Web Calls OFF will use cell minutes for outgoing calls because it will start by calling your cell, then connecting your call. Calls will still appear to come from your SendHub number. Incoming calls will not ring on the web or mobile app because these will go straight to voicemail unless you forward incoming calls to another number.
To enable call forwarding:

Press the “Devices & Forwarding” field

Tap any additional numbers to have calls forwarded to that number
To check your voicemail or change your voicemail greeting:

Press the “Record Voicemail Greeting” field

If this is the first time dialing your voicemail:
-
Set up your password
-
Record your greeting, and press any key at the end of the recording

Save, listen or re-record your greeting

If this is not the first time dialing your voicemail:

Press "1" to hear your new messages or press "5" for settings

If you pressed "5" then press "1" to record your new mailbox greeting, and press any key at the end of the recording

Save, listen or re-record your greeting
To send all calls to voicemail:

Set the toggle in the “Send Calls to Voicemail” field to the right (green)

Alternatively, to disable, toggle it to the left (white)
To enable voicemail transcription:

Set the toggle in the “Voicemail Transcription” field to the right (green)

Alternatively, to disable, toggle it to the left (white)
