1. How do I chat with Sales?
To chat with sales click the cog wheel in the upper right corner and select "Chat With Sales" from the drop-down menu. The chat window will appear. Or when checking our plans you will see an option to chat with sales. They are always happy to answer your questions.
2. What extra features do paid users get?
Paid users receive a variety of benefits and extra features including:- Unlimited* voice minutes
- Conference Lines
- Auto Attendant
- Premium voicemail transcriptions
- Greater messaging capabilities
- The ability to add more groups
- Larger group sizes
- The ability to port your own phone number to the SendHub platform
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and JCB.
4. How do I update my credit card?
- Click the cog wheel dropdown at the top right of the page and click "Company Settings"
- In the 'Billing Info' section click "Update Credit Card"
- Update your credit card information
- Click "Update Credit Card"
Your new Credit Card information has been saved and will be used for your next bill
Note: Updating your credit card can only be done by account admins.

5. How can I get my sales receipt?
- Click the cog wheel dropdown at the top right of the page click "Company Settings"

In the "Invoice History" section click the "View" button for the invoice period that you would like to print/view

Once in the receipt, you will be able to print the receipt or go back to your account
Note: Viewing your enterprise invoices can only be done by account admins.

6. Where can I check the plan I have?
In order to check what SendHub plan you have, simply:

Click the cog wheel dropdown at the top right of the page and click "My Settings"

In the "Plan" section the plan name will be listed in green beside the word Plan
7. What is fair usage in my plan?
Based on fair use, SendHub may restrict the amount of messages, minutes, and groups per plan, per month.
SendHub considers the following as fair usage under each of its respective plans:
8. Is SendHub free?
SendHub offers a 100 message plan good for up to 14 days free. If you don't upgrade within the 14 days you will not billed and the account will be deleted. If you upgrade you will be billed for the plan that you are in at the time of billing per line.
