SendHub makes it easy to export 30 days of data for analysis in Excel or another spreadsheet program. Exported data will include message threads and VM transcriptions.
You can also download usage data for individual users or your entire team.
To download usage data for an individual user:
- Click on "Manage Lines" in the left menu
- Find and select the user you would like to download usage for
- Scroll down to "Recent Calls and Texts"
- Click the "Download Data" link
To download usage data for your entire company:
- Click on "Company Usage" on the left menu
- Scroll down to "Recent Calls and Texts"
- Click the green "Download Data" link
In both cases, the data will be downloaded as a .csv file.
Note: The data downloaded will be for the past 30 days minus the last 24 hours.
