Importing is the easiest and fastest way to get your contacts into SendHub.
First, go to the Contacts tab and click the "Import Contacts" button in the upper-right part of the screen.
If you keep your contacts in Microsoft Outlook or another app, this is your best option. To import your contacts to SendHub via CSV file, select your CSV file from your desktop and click the "Upload" button.
Formatting the CSV File
Your file must:
- Be a "CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)" file, not one that says "UTF-8"
- Have perfect 10 digit phone number
- Have NO special characters or spaces in the phone number
- Have no empty rows
- Have header rows
Here are some columns you can include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number (required)
- Address
- Any other custom column
Import your Gmail Contacts
If you use Google's Gmail to store and manage your contacts, simply click the "Import Gmail Contacts" button. If you're logged into your Google Account, you'll see a dialogue requesting permission to let SendHub manage your contacts. If you're not logged in to your Google account, you will have to login. When you grant that permission, SendHub will import all of your Gmail contacts into SendHub.
Import Your Yahoo Contacts
If you use Yahoo Mail to store and manage your contacts, click the "Import Yahoo Contacts" button. Yahoo will ask you to give SendHub permission to access your Yahoo profile and connections. When you've done that, SendHub will import your Yahoo contacts and make them accessible to you inside SendHub.
Importing Your Phone Contacts on the iOS Mobile App
Another way to import your contacts into your SendHub account is by using our iOS app.

If you allow access to your contacts, SendHub will import all of the contacts into your account. If you don’t want to import all of your phone’s contacts, select Don’t Allow when prompted. If you do want to import all of your phone’s contacts, select OK when prompted.
