1. Can I get a toll free number for my business?
In order to request a toll free number you must be enrolled in one of our paid plans. Please send an email to support@sendhub.com with the following information:

Name on your SendHub Account account

Personal cell on the account

Your SendHub Number

Your preferred toll free number number
Number changes are usually completed within 1 business day but can take up to 3.
2. Can I get an international number for my business?
We only work within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rice. We do not yet service other US commonwealths, and we're unable to send messages or make calls to any foreign countries at this point. We are hoping to expand internationally soon. We do have all U.S. and Canadian area codes available.
3. Can I port my existing number or Google Voice number to SendHub?
Yes, you can port your number to SendHub. Please email support@sendhub.com and ask to speak to a porting specialist on our support team about porting in your existing number.
In order to port a Google Voice number, please refer to their documentation here . Based on some of our experience, you will need to provide a screenshot of the homepage of your Google Voice account that includes your number. Also, make sure to unlock the number per Google Voice's port out policy and include a screenshot showing that the number is unlocked.
Please keep in mind that you will need an active SendHub account in order to port in a number. If you would like to create a SendHub account, please contact our sales team by emailing sales@sendhub.com or calling 844-990-4400 and press 1 for sales.
4. Can I port my SendHub number out?
Oh no! We hope you don't want to leave SendHub. If you want to port out and leave SendHub, please do tell us why so we can improve in the future. Please contact support to port out your SendHub numbers by emailing support@sendhub.com or calling 844-990-4400 and pressing 3 for support. When you call, please be prepared to share the following information:
- Name on the account
- Personal Cell on the account
- Your SendHub Number
- Reason for porting out
Note 1: The port out fee is $10 for each SendHub number. Make sure to include in the email where can we process the payment. When porting to your new carrier you will submit your SendHub number as the account number and there is no pin associated with your account.
Note 2: Do no delete your SendHub account until the port out is complete. Deleting your account will result in your number being released to the public.Porting out your number does not prevent future billing. If you no longer want to keep your SendHub account after porting out your number, you'll need to submit a deletion request to prevent future billing. We suggest you to submit your account deletion request after verifying that your number works with your new provider.
5. How can I block a SendHub number?
Spamming is not cool. Period. We maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding the delivery of spam or unwanted commercial messages using the Service. As of March 11th 2012, our platform is SPAM compliant, and any spammers caught abusing our website will be dealt with swiftly.
You can stop any messages by replying STOP. The word STOP has to be text by itself with no other words or characters. (Additional keywords that will block messages coming to your number are; Cancel, Block, Quit, or End).
