You can enable email notifications for missed calls and voicemails by checking the box next to “Enable Email Notifications.”

Picture
To upload or change a profile picture:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Click the “Choose file” button under the profile picture area
- Select a file from your desktop
- Click “Upload Picture”
To change the name associated with your account:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Change the name next to “My Name”
To update the personal mobile number attached to your account:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Change the username next to "Username"
To update the personal mobile number attached to your account:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Click “Change Number”
- Type your preferred mobile number into the field that appears. We will send a text message with a verification code to that number
- Type in the verification code, then click “Verify”
To change your password:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Click the “Reset Password” button. We will send a text message with a reset code to your mobile number
- Type the reset code and your desired new password into the empty fields
- Click “Update Password”

- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Scroll down to the “Plan” section
To change the email associated with your account:
- Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the drop down
- Click “Change Email”
- Type your preferred email into the field that appears. We will send an email to the new email entered
- Verify this new email through the link we sent you by email. You should receive this within a few moments. If you don't receive it, you may want to check your Junk/SPAM folder, or you may have to try another email address.
